Prayer
Prayer
Prayer is central to our lives. Prayer is what helps our relationship with Jesus to grow and deepen. There are three main types of prayer:
Personal Prayer
This is the time each Sister spends alone with God in prayer. Religious life is a search for an intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ, the supreme teacher and model of prayer.
Communal Prayer
The Sisters spend time praying together in Community. Both private and communal prayer strengthen the spiritual bond among the Sisters and nurture their daily living by integrating contemplation with love and service.
Liturgical Prayer
The Sisters participate in various forms of liturgical and communal prayer according to opportunities and circumstances. This will include the daily Prayer of the Church and Eucharistic celebrations.
